Can anyone tell me what is the meaning of the "lexplore"
window that appears when I open the Internet Explorer.
When I close the lexplore window it also closes the
Internet Explorer. If I move the lexplore window aside, I
can still use the Explorer, just don't close lexplore

In the lexplore window is the following
message: "URLMON>DLL."

Thank you for any help that you provide.

Iexplore.exe is Internet Explorer. What is the exact error message?
If there is a Details button click that and give us the first two lines.
