HELP ME PLEASE

everytime my computer turns on this window comes up n says
"this program has an illegal operation and will b shut
down. if the problem persists contact that program vendor."
if i try to "X" this program it totally shuts my computer
down.. i need help tryin to figure out what is goin on!!!
