When attempting to connect to the internet, while the password is being
verified, the computer screen goes blue and displays a message saying that
there is a fatal exception. I have scanned for viruses and reguarly get
updates, but nothing is detected. Has anyone got any idea why this is
happening and if so how do i prevent it.

There is a message on the blue screen like "Fatal exception 0E in xxxx at
####:########

We need to know that message.
