When re-booting my system I rcvd the following err msg:
c:\winnt\system32\msg121.cpy.dll.umonitor
I now have trouble connecting. Tech support at my isp
provider said I have a "winsock" err. Any suggestions?

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
