IE4 SP1

I know this is a long shot, but could anyone please tell me
where I can download IE4 SP1 for a very old laptop.

Alternatively an IE5.5 d/l which can be d/l to disk as the
pc is unable to be connected directly to the internet so
any new programs must be installed from disk.

Any possibility at all ????

No idea why you would want install IE4 but you can get it here:

For IE5.5 SP2, you can get a CD here for $2.99

If you have someone who hoards old PC User magazines (Aust.) then they
will have all old versions of IE on the free CDs.
