Where help or update from version 6?

Having hang-up problems with version 6 and can't find where to update as in
the past, nor any help forums like in the past.

If this newsgroup is not available on your news server (worldnet?) set up a
news account in OE for
msnews.microsoft.com

The server is free and does not require you to logon.
