Favorites Icon Toolbar

Why not have the icon for favorites automatically, add website.....if you
want it in a folder you can just go to favorites....which is only an inch
away!...just a thought...thanks!

With respect, IE4 is obsolete and it will not have such modifications
done, even if practical.
